First of all, you should read the Code. It contains the org rules which are very important. All applicants must agree to abide by them. You have probably already noticed them as they are on the front page.

Also, you can take a look at the forums. You can get the general feel of what we are all about there. Registering on our forums is a prerequisite to becoming a member anyway :)

After you have contacted a recruiter an interview will be arranged. Usually, during the interview, the recruiter answers the applicant's questions about the org as well as asks them some. At the end of the interview the applicant will have to agree to abide by the Code (so it's best to read it before you contact the recruiter.)
